That title isn’t a typo. According to the August NewType, Haruhi will be getting a second season. Not dates were given, but taking Clannad into account, the best guess would be end of the year or early next year at the soonest. The announcement isn’t official yet, and they’ll be putting out solid info on the 7th. 7/7/07. Yeah. Since I came in late this morning, everyone got this news before me, but moetron got it best, providing the scans. I guess I could rummage around for more info, but why bother? You guys have already seen this info in like 800 places by this time of the morning anyway. WOO! Haruhi!
And not to mention the fact that it was inevitable given the success/craze over season 1 ( & novels ). Those fuckers, where’s my new FMP season?
Yeah, if I’m being honest here, my “Haruhi fever” is starting to turn into a good bit of Haruhi boredom. Too much hype and craziness, and I’m starting to have trouble remembering what makes the show so groundbreaking. Yeah, it’s good… but this good? I dunno, man.
