Well, this is by no means the SUPER SECRET PROJECT that I’ve been promising you guys, but it’s just a little sampler of the the sort of importance of the anime blogging community working together.

Yes, that’s right. I’ve partnered with Danny Choo to help bring the best in otaku aimed release dates to the largest number of people… god damn this sounds like a shitty press release. So let’s skip all the bullshit and get down to funky business. I’ll explain a bit about the idea and what it entails.

Why? Well, I am fuck all lazy. I mean, really la… busy. Ok, maybe it’s a combination. But the fact of things is, no one uses my FUCKING SWEET ASS add event form, and I happen to LIKE ikiKOYOMI, so I asked my nakama, Choobers, if I could leech off of his user’s updates. He agreed and I got to work on it finally. And now I have spiffy automation tools that rape his Release Calendar and bring the beautiful releases over here.

Isn’t that redundant? Yes, asshole. But I like how my system works more than I like his. I figure there might be other people that feel this way, and since he has 10 gajillion times the traffic I do, he has to owe me somehow. I mean, come on. He’s all popular and shit. Look, we’re getting off track.

What does this do for me? Well, you get more release information on my end. So if you happen to like the way my release calendar works better, then you get a lot more info.

I’m… I see some… strange symbols. Yeah, some of the events are in Japanese. I will be changing up the major groups as I get time. If you have any translations for them, let me know. It’ll save time. Oh, and adult releases will remain in Japanese. Like you fucking need that in English. Perverts.

So what’s next? Well, by and large, it’s still a huge secret. I can tell you there WILL be a user point system (primarily based off of community contribution and such) that can be used for some interesting things, there will be contests, there will be big stuff. BIG, BIG STUFF. I mean really, when I get all of this shit done this site will be… just big. Yeah. All sorts of great stuff, but I don’t want to try to get hype going or anything, since I do all this for free and in my spare time, it could take a bit of a while. But I am pumped on expanding right now, so I will get as much done as I can during this little manic streak.

Oh yeah, one last thing. SOMETIMES the description gets off-sync. Not sure why that is, but it’s my adding tool, not the front end, so you’re not crazy. If you seen any, please let me know… and if you could write a proper description for it as well, I’d be much obliged.
