Mina, as we all know, is from Samurai Spirits, or if you’re American “Duh Deh Retard Fart Party 3: The Americanizing.” She stands around 510mm tall, if the documentation is to be believed and looks a bit like she has some uneven tanning. Still, things of this size always look different. But Randall, you mentioned rape. AH YES! How much would you expect to pay for a 1/4 scale PVC (yes, not resin) figure? Something like 9,000 to 14,000 yen maybe? Right, guess again. She’s going to run you 23,100 yen. On the plus side, my expert eyes spy removable clothing, so titties come with the deal. Not enough to provoke me, though.

Yeah…they’re starting to crank out bigger scales nowadays. I personally think the bigger the better as long as it’s good quality. For that kind of money, I would rather grab myself 1/4 Strife Cloud. Too masculine for my like. It probably puts me to shame how my muscles are about the same as hers.

I really like the bigger scales, but I’ve noticed that a lot of times the sculpt really takes a hit. This is one of those few that comes out well. And I do dig a buff lady like this.

The head is way too small in proportion to the body. I guess that’s how men want their women: big bust & ass, small head (i.e. brain).

I’m not judging your tastes; I was simply sighing at the harsh reality. FYI I contradict both criteria by having a big head and small body proportions (there, I said it!), so looking at such a well crafted figure makes me bitter. >:(

I find 1/4 kind of large and definitely agree that larger sculpts tend to look a little off more often. Personally, my favorite size is 1/7, which Max Factory seems to be pumping out quite a bit lately. The MF 1/7 is close to Alter’s 1/6. It’s large enough to get some detail going on without looking heavy, relative to the size of a typical bookshelf or display case.
