I’m not sure if this means that GONZO is in the figure making business or what but they have announced a sword wielding Alice L. Malvin figure in a stunning yellow boob crack… I mean dress. Looks like prototyping was done by Amie Gulan, and as such it’s not a terribly impressive figure, I would say, but an ok effort none-the-less. She stands about 200mm and has an ok pose, I guess. The rips in the dress would be a nice touch if they weren’t so smooth. Here dress bottom comes off. They’re white. I would hope for a nice striped yellow pair, but who’s counting. She’s out in March for 5,775 yen.

Not bad, not bad. Even with the “Why the fuck… Gonzo?” factor counted in, though the rips are too smooth and pink. Alice having pink clothing, excuse me what? Well, at least the display base and removable bottom dress are bonuses, but with 5.5k+ price tag, I’ll be counting myself out.
And now if Alice would be even 1/10 as awesome in the show, that would be goddamn great. Not a Mrs. Fancy-Pants wielding a short sword whose tactic is more along the lines of “Duck & Cover”. The show is so dull, it definitely needs the peace treaty removed. Moar WAR!!
