Not a whole lot of anime news… ANN (or rather, those who shall not be named) has put together an ugly and poorly navigable new layout. Don’t go look at it. It’s inferior. It’s very Web 2.0. Well not ENTIRELY. But yeah, not a fan. It is a bitter, one-sided rivalry. I will destroy them. Oh, and I have a huge new feature that I am planning to bring live in the next few weeks. • The website for Kishin Taisen Gigantic Formula is online. Hurray for giant robots?
• Trailer: There is a moments long Romeo x Juliet trailer online. YOU KNOW? Not much other than that to mention. It’s a flash trailer. I didn’t watch it because my net is being all slow. I blame Jesus.
• There’s a video up of a behind the scenes look at the making of Final Fantasy XIII. I am SOOO going to watch this later. Oh man. CALL ME A FANBOY IF YOU WANT!!

Figures

• Plenty of figures even though there wasn’t much in the way of anime. First up, this Serena from Super Robot Taisen is an expertly carved. I’m getting that dokidoki feeling from this figure. it is true love. The 1/8th scale Serena stands 230mm tall and will run you 6,090 yen this March.
• Joining Serena in a VERY SENSUAL MINI SKIRT is Kusuha-chyaan! She stands 210mm tall and costs the same in the same month as Serena-sama. Good stuff.
• Range Murata fans will be happy to hear that another figure is coming from beagle. This time it’s a ribbon style meido character. It’s 1/8 scale and will run you 5,250 yen this March.
• Here’s some sexually driven Gundam figures for you. Yeah. Maria. OW! RAWR… you know, that sort of stuff. 7,140 yen this April.
