Welcome to the week! I had a longish weekend, I guess. I sat around and watched anime without fail and managed to get through about 5 full series. I also finally finished Bakuretsu Tenshi. God damn. Took forever. Anyway, there’s not a lot of news this weekend. A few crap bits in the anime… well it’s not even anime. Anyway, you’ll see. There’s a couple little figure bits. The only reason I am even doing this post is so that you don’t think I’m a crazy or that I died or… I dunno. I’m kind of bored, really. I think Orb 2.0b crashed my computer. Ok, time to roll it up and all that.

Anime/Manga/Games

• All this news sucks. That’s your last warning.
• The Nodame Orchestra, a 160-member orchestra inspired by Nodame Cantabile, is set to perform at the Tokyo International Forum on December 22nd. To what end? No fucking idea.
• 4Kids has been listed by The Motley Fool as one of the best performing stocks in the past decade. Clearly, Yugioh and Pokemon has left their butchered mark, but the upside is that 4Kids is now performing horribly and will maybe even go out of business in the near future… if we’re lucky.
• And just to make this thing pretty… here’s a side-by-side run down of everything that was improved for the Witchblade DVDs in episode 9 specifically. I vote yes. Absolutely yes.

Figures

• What? Figures already? It’s like it’s a short rollup or something… what an asshole.
• Maria from… OLD ASS ROBOT SHOW! No, ok, she’s from UFO Robo Grendizer. It’s part of the Super Robot Pilot series from West Kenji. I know, me either. She’s out in December for 4,725 yen.
• Next is this shitcan plush thing from One Piece. Man, I am so fucking out of it today. Who the fuck cares about this thing? Whatever the hell it is, it’s felt over PVC, and it will run you 4,725 yen from Organic Hobby this November.
• And finally, just like the anime section above, I will bring things up to a better level in the end with Konami’s Mecha Musume vol 3. It’s a 10 piece 1BOX of sexy tank ladies. Are we all ready for Strike Witches? I am thinking yes. March of next year for a scant 6,300 yen. Damn Konami and their prices.
