Lucky Star Anime Announced

Comptiq Magazine announced that the yonkoma, Lucky Star, by Kagami Yoshimizu will be adapted into an television anime. For those of you not in the know, yonkoma, or 4-koma, is a four panel verticle comic that tend to be the rough equivalent of our Peanuts and Garfield type comics. I tend to hear a lot of criticisms about the medium because most of them tend to suck. As for Lucky Star, I am super stoked because of all the moe sex apeal and ahoge. You should be as well. HEY! Here’s a link to some of them! Feel free to translate them yourself for bonus points! The anime is slated to premiere next year sometime.

I’m a fan of the 4-koma but if it ever get animated it’ll probably end up becomind another Azumangah. Which is, hey!, fucking good.
