Amazingly, this is the only trading figure set today. You’d think that trading figures were like little gold nuggets. Ok, I won’t bitch. I know some people still dig them, and I have to say that CMS Corp’s Mai-Otome trading figure offering has grasped me in some weird way. The reason I say that they’ve grasped me in a weird way is because the 12 piece 1BOX isn’t the highest quality set of trading figures I’ve seen in a while, but it feels right. Is that odd? I mean, looking at the figures I can quickly find little things that would detract from the typical goodness, but these figures, to me, just seem like they are exactly how they should be. Ah well, enough about that. The spread is a nice one featuring popular characters in dynamic poses. Regrettably, they all look to have back support poles instead of base plugs, but that’s pretty minor to me. These ladies will be out in November for 7,800 yen.
