old anime news and some other shit.

Well, the figure world is all buzzy today — which I find annoying — because a new figure by Murata Range has been announced. The figure is of girl he did for the cover of Ultra Jump magazine in November of 1997. That’s a pretty obscure source, especially considering the magazine has been out of print since 2000. Anyway, from the single picture that’s been released, you can tell that the figure is high quality and has an amount of detail befitting a Murata piece. Anyway, my only complaint about this 1/8 scale piece of sexy is that the hair looks a little rough. That’s all. You can put some good Murata figure action on your desk this October for 5,040 yen.

One group shot thing after the jump. Release better pictures, beagle!

Very nice! I might just forego the Murata trading figure set I was going to get and pick up this gal.

I agree about the hair though but the detailing makes up for it.

I’ve been looking at too many tits-and-ass figures lately. Er, don’t get my wrong. I love my T&A. ;-D But it’d be nice to add something to the collection that isn’t oversexualized.

It is nice to add an understated, but still sexy figure to the shelf. I am heavily considering this one myself, for love of Murata. But yeah, this smokes any trading figure set by him.
